摘要: Troponin (Tn) of high endogenous phosphate content (ca. 3 mol phosphate/mol protein) was isolated from beaf heart. Following separation Tn into its subunits T, I and C by reverse phase HPLC a about 1.4 protein is found in the T subunits, respectively. These results show, that cardiac contains at least four phosphorylation sites.
