Dynamic behaviour of VCSELs subject to optical injection with arbitrary polarization

摘要: We report novel theory and experiments for a 1550 nm VCSEL subject to different types of polarized optical injection. The combines the SFM with bifurcation method generate new stability map in plane injection power polarization angle. Very good agreement between experiment is reported.
