摘要: Aggregation of FceRI, the receptor with high affinity for IgE found on mast cells and basophils, initiates a signaling cascade culminating in secretion granules containing inflammatory mediators from these cells, as well production other agents. The earliest detectable events following aggregation involve tyrosine phosphorylation FceRI within immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs). This initial step, referred to here activation, is mediated by protein kinase (PTK) Lyn, it regulated unidentified phosphatases. phosphorylated ITAMs recruit SH-2 domain-containing proteins, including Syk, ZAP-70-related PTK that binds γ-chains.
