摘要: L’immunotherapie est pertinente lorsque l’arsenal habituel de medicaments ne permet pas d’obtenir une maitrise acceptable et suffisante des symptomes d’asthme rhinite allergique. C’est egalement option l’evitement l’allergene impossible ou donne les resultats attendus1-4. Les allergies affectent actuellement le quart la population mondiale1,5. Cet article a pour objectif repondre question suivante : « Quelle position l’immunotherapie ciblee par rapport aux standards therapeutiques l’asthme allergique, en monotherapie combinaison? »
