摘要: Chile is situated in the southwestern part of South America, between parallels 17°32′ S. and 56° S., meridians 75°40′ W. 66°33′ The country isolated from rest neotropical zone by strong geographic bioclimatic barriers: north, Peruvian-Chilean desert, one most arid expanses world; east it separated Argentina Bolivia Andes mountains, which prevent migration many living organisms. Only south lake region (39° S.) there a that allows some species to pass side other. Even so, climate this unfavorable for survival insects, among them those genus Drosophila paper refers. Andean areas Argentina, down southern tip Hemisphere, constitute Zoogeographic America cold barrier Patagonian “pampa.”
