A survey of cybercafés in Delta State, Nigeria

摘要: This article surveys the cybercafes in Delta State, Nigeria. By means of questionnaires and observation techniques, data were collected from cybercafes. Frequency counts percentages used to analyze generated. Findings revealed where Internet cafes are located, year established, type ownership, number daily users, categories age regular sex previous users information technology, location their service providers, systems connected Internet, staff strength, provision non‐Internet services, problems militating against services business cybercafes, as well suggestions for improvement clients. Some recommendations that can facilitate operations also set forth.
