摘要: Molecular genetic markers are one of the most informative and widely used genome features in clinical environmental diagnostic studies. A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based molecular marker is very attractive because it suitable to high throughput automation confers specificity. However, design taxon-specific primers may be difficult time consuming due need identify appropriate genomic regions for annealing evaluate primer Here, we report development a Tool Identification Primers Multiple Taxa (TipMT), which web application search genotyping based on data. The tool identifies targets single sequence repeats (SSR) or orthologous/taxa-specific genes using Multiplex PCR. This pipeline was applied genomes four species Leishmania (L. amazonensis, L. braziliensis, infantum major) validated by PCR artificial DNA mixtures as templates. experimental validation demonstrates reliability TipMT amplification profiles showed discrimination samples from species. allows large-scale identification freely available scientific community at http://200.131.37.155/tipMT/ .
