摘要: The concept of direct myocardial revascularization, achieving perfusion through means other than the normal coronary vasculature, has a long history with most widely investigated technique being Vineberg procedure; current interest centers around encouraging preliminary clinical results obtained transmyocardial laser revascularization. Despite significant previous research, acute blood flow potential route remains unknown. Nontransmural channels were made in distal LAD territory from epicardial surface 5 mongrel dogs to which an internal mammary artery was connected. A probe placed on portion and intercostal branch cannulated for infusion colored microspheres. Measurements taken under baselin conditions following collateral ligation. Under all conditions, pattern to-and-fronature. At baseline, there average 0.60±0.24 ml/min net into myocardium contained within 0.5 cm central channel final 0.011±0.016 ml/min/g. Following induction ischemia increased 1.41±0.51 extended as far 1 0.22±0.19 In conclusion, limited amount can be achieved by present revascularization is highly dependent upon native circulation.
