Preparation of hollow Zn2SnO4 boxes@C/graphene ternary composites with a triple buffering structure and their electrochemical performance for lithium-ion batteries

摘要: Abstract Hollow Zn2SnO4 boxes@C/graphene ternary composites with a three-dimensional triple buffering structure are prepared by two hydrothermal processes followed calcined process. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the were investigated means XRD, FTIR, Raman, BET, BJH, SEM, TEM, measurements. hollow boxes coated carbon layer then supported graphene sheets to form 3D conductive network. Compared boxes@graphene binary composites, boxes@C solid cubes, show an enhanced performance (726.9 mAh g−1 at current density 300 mA after 50 cycles) high rate capability. With unique design, this kind excellent can be promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries.
