摘要: Abstract An ELISA assay for the serodiagnosis of Campylobacter pyloridis infections has been established using a partially purified acid extractable material from bacterial surface. This antigen significantly reduces, but does not eliminate, antigenic crossreactivity with C. jejuni. Using this anti-C. IgA, IgG and IgM class subclass antibody responses have determined in 50 patients undergoing endoscopies. A significant increase, specific IgG, IgG1 IgG4 responses, was demonstrated histologically diagnosed gastritis duodenal ulceration compared controls. There was, however, no correlation between extent colonization pyloridis, as by number observed mucosa-related bacteria immune response.
