Valorisation de coproduits de l’industrie agro-alimentaire par production de compost de haute qualité (in French)

摘要: Les industries de transformation alimentaire generent des quantites imposantes coproduits organiques, lesquels demeurent, meme aujourd’hui, peu valorises. La presente recherche a permis realiser un inventaire detaille generes dans usines production biscuits, chocolat, cereales et barres collations d’identifier formulations adequates melanges d’intrants (ecailles cacao, residus biscuits cereales, boues physico-chimiques biologiques) pour essais compostage. Un dispositif experimental comprenant six tas compost d’approximativement une tonne metrique, aeres par retournement manuel, ensuite ete opere pendant periode 4 mois. Des temperatures maximales se situant entre 60 68°C ont mesurees les differents au cours la compostage, alors que moyennes superieures 50°C maintenues periodes 6 10 semaines. composts d’excellente qualite, repondant aux exige...
