摘要: NK cells developing in vitro from fetal progenitors the presence of IL-2 are phenotypically and functionally indistinguishable mature adult cells, with exception that they generally lack surface expression any Ly49 molecules have previously been examined. Using two recently developed anti-Ly49 mAb, we show here most these fact express high levels at least one uncharacterized member family, likely Ly49E. Detailed kinetic clonal analysis revealed were acquired a progressive stochastic manner independently CD94 NKG2. NKG2 both expressed early cell development, sometimes absence NK1.1, invariably being different levels. IL-4 differentially inhibited receptors, but had little or no effect on NKRP1 molecules.
