摘要: Altered immune response and transmembrane signaling with aging has previously been demonstrated. The aim of the present study was to characterize PMNLs lymphocyte G proteins determine whether their relative amounts are altered aging. First we studied effects FMLP on IP3 formation. It found that in any group elderly formation significantly decreased compared young subjects. In receptor binding affinity no measurable difference exists either low- or high-affinity receptors. autoradiogram 32P-ADP-ribosylated by CT lymphocytes individuals showed a major polypeptide 40 kDa, two much less prevalent components 52 45 kDa. contrast, subjects others were very weakly labeled. PMNLs, labeled 45-kDa band quite strongly, mainly elderly, 52- 40-kDa bands labeled, When PT used, age-related pattern changes could be demonstrated, while differences observed between types cells.
