摘要: Rabies is a public health problem in the world especially Cote d'Ivoire. The epidemiological surveillance of rabies revealed 10,197 exposures with 17 deaths 2015 and 11,481 18 2016. management exposed people was based on WHO's intramuscular (IM) protocols (Essen Zagreb). usual results from these anti-rabies showed low compliance corresponding to 45-50% who did not complete Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) schedule,mainly due cost vaccines. main objective project test feasibility free PEP Thai Red Cross (TRC) protocol used by intradermal route. study population (patients) vaccinated center Bouake San Pedro which were two departments selected for this study. TRC implemented y ear 2017.
