摘要: Cells migrate collectively during development, wound healing, and cancer metastasis. Recently, a method has been developed to recover intercellular stress in monolayers from measured traction forces upon the substrate. To calculate maps two dimensions, cell sheet was assumed behave like an elastic material, it remains unclear what extent this assumption is valid. In study, we simulate our recently model for collective migration, compute using employed experiments. We also these that does not depend on or material properties. The independently obtained patterns agree well parameters have probed provide verification of validity experimental method.
