摘要: The potential use of rhizobia under controlled fermentation conditions may result in the production new extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) having novel and superior properties that will open up areas industrial applications thus increase their demand. EPS stability emulsions formed with soybean oil, diesel oil toluene using different concentrations purified derived from wild-type mutant strains Rhizobium tropici SEMIA 4077 was investigated. defined as a heteropolysaccharide composed six constituent monosaccharides displayed higher intrinsic viscosity pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid behavior an aqueous solution. ratio between total cellular biomass 76.70 for 4077::Z04 strain only 8.10 strain. produced by R. resulted more stable tested than xanthan gum, emulsification indexes hydrocarbons were 50%, indicating strong emulsion-stabilizing capacity. These results demonstrate could be attractive environmental applications, it had good activity.
