摘要: Vitamin K1 (VK1) is a natural and lipophilic compound currently used in dermatological formulations. In this work, nanoemulsions containing VK1 have been proposed to overcome some issues associated semisolid VK1-incorporating The study has focused on the design of lipid-free aqueous formulation, easy prepare with low cost production. Thus, simply protocol, using low-energy method, spontaneously form nanoemulsions. nanoemulsion composition optimized improve its physical stability during storage different conditions. Then, possibility administer VK1-containing by nebulization without significant alteration formulation was tested. Moreover, accumulation into skin layers evaluated through permeation experiments Franz cells, ATR-FITR analysis, confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) observations, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. demonstrated that NEs represent an interesting option for commercial development spray topical delivery VK1.
