摘要: We theoretically consider a short quantum wire, which on both ends is connected to leads that have different temperatures. The wire assumed be coupled cavity with single-photon mode. calculate the heat and thermoelectric currents in under effect of photon field. In absence field, plateau current observed due thermal smearing at high temperature gradient. presence resonance when energy spacing between lowest states approximately equal energy, suppression negativity are seen dressed electron-photon states. It also found has more influence
