摘要: The temporal changes in major bacterial groups and bulk heterotrophic activity were determined during the growth, senescence post-bloom phases of a Phaeocystis globosa bloom, at coastal site eastern English Channel. Cell-specific exoenzymatic activities highest dur- ing growth period P. globosa, while abundance produc- tion peaked bloom. Bacteroidetes Gammaproteobacteria most important contributing between 13 47% leucine incorporation. At end phyto- plankton period, contributors to production, accounting for 68% During senescent phase, 36 29% incorporation attributable Alphapro- teobacteria, respectively. Finally, after disappearance Gamma- teobacteria dominated by Roseobacter clade responsible 33 43% incorporation, relative showed little variability consecutive dates study period. contributions different correlated with exo-proteolytic -glu- cosidic particulate organic carbon, suggesting least some specificity these respect their metabolic properties environment.
