摘要: Abstract This article examines the impact of enterprise allocation and associated management strategies on working conditions Nova Scotian offshore fishermen. Under this system, each company has an individual for fish catches which they can harvest process to their greatest advantage. arrangement allows a more ‘rational’ primary production because companies no longer compete at sea total volumes fish. We interviewed fishermen, government, union officials between 1985 1987. These data identified both positive negative effects new system.
