摘要: In this research, Scheffersomyces stipitis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in immobilized suspended state were used to convert pentose hexose sugars ethanol. batch continuous systems, S. co-culture performance was better than cerevisiae. Continuous ethanol production performed packed bed cell reactor (ICR). ICR, cells found be more sensitive oxygen concentration other possible mass transfer limitations as compared Use of co-immobilized resulted maximum xylose consumption (73.92%) 41.68 g/L day produced at HRT (hydraulic retention time) 6 h with wheat straw hydrolysate. At 0.75 h, the highest amount values 356.21 235.43 when synthetic medium hydrolysate feeding respectively.
