摘要: A matrix array image sensor integrated circuit chip is provided including horizontal and vertical scanning means with the cells within columns of being associated an analogue charge sense amplifier. The amplifier includes a first in form inverting integrator which provides preliminary detection accumulated sensing cell by integrating to produce voltage capacitively stored storage means. may then be reset control logic while it isolated from turn selectively sampled using switch read out through second stage as output chip. method for operation device processing cycle also provided.
