摘要: Abstract : The effect of carbon on the formation reported phases in aluminum-boron system was investigated. results indicate that there are only three pure binary aluminum borides, AlB2, alpha AlB12, and gamma AlB12. phase referred to literature as beta AlB12 found correspond a stoichiometry C Al2B32. AlB10 C4AlB24. Both ternary, Al-B-C, have an integral number formula units per crystallographic unit cell. A new ternary corresponding Al4C4B1-3 has been discovered. method for preparation crystals each is described. (Author)
