摘要: Cette etude vise a explorer l’experience subjective des medecins confrontes l’annonce de mauvaises nouvelles en cancerologie. Elle repose sur l’analyse qualitative (Analyse interpretative phenomenologique) 22 entretiens menes aupres hospitaliers. analyse revele que le sens les donnent et leur role est determinant dans vecu emotionnel l’annonce. Ces resultats amenent nouveaux elements comprehension du d’une mauvaise nouvelle cancerologie integrer aux formations medecins.
