摘要: Abstract. In order to improve the framework for 3D modeling, a great challenge is obtain suitability of Building Information Model (BIM) platform historical architecture. A specific in HBIM guarantee appropriateness geometrical accuracy. The present work demonstrates feasibility whole approach complex architectural shapes, starting from TLS point clouds. novelty our method environment throughout process and develop semantics during construction phase. This last feature was analyzed verifying studied ontologies, enabling data enrichment model with non-geometrical information, such as notes, decay or deformation evidence, decorative elements etc. case study Church Santa Maria at Portonovo, an abbey Romanesque period. Irregular architecture, Romanesque, needs shared libraries survey its already existing elements. another key aspect delivering Modeling standards. particular, we focus on quality assessment obtained model, using open-source sw cloud reference. proposed shows how it possible high semantic-aware, capable connecting geometrical-historical descriptive thematic databases. this way, centralized will serve comprehensive dataset information about all disciplines, particularly restoration conservation. Moreover, geometric accuracy ensure also reliable visualization outputs.
