摘要: Abstract The biologic effect of angiotensin II is triggered by its interaction with components target organs, which specifically recognize the hormone. These receptors have been studied use radioactive and, as for other peptidic hormones, localized in plasma membrane cells. Such characterized three organs: vascular tissue, uterus and adrenal cortex. binding characteristics differ contractile tissue glands, N C terminal ends being involved former, whereas terminus does not appear to same importance latter. Numerous factors, including ionic composition, seem be able modify angiotensin-receptor smooth muscle. However, molecular mechanisms responsible transmission signal determined receptor-angiotensin are yet understood. As observed number seems susceptible variation under certain conditions. In uterine muscle, it was shown that increased after nephrectomy, a phenomenon prevented prolonged infusion angiotensin. significance such remains unknown, but may partially inverse relationship exists between endogenous level pressor exogenous near future, investigation mechanism will probably answer whether similar all tissues an pathogenesis varieties hypertension. addition, precise understanding help development new antagonists.
