摘要: Abstract A 60 days feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) or sulfate (CuSO 4 ) on growth performance, blood biochemical profiles, antioxidant status and immune response red sea bream ( Pagrus major (initial body weight: 3.30 ± 0.02 g). Six diets were formulated containing CuSO 2, 4, 6 8 mg supplemental Cu as NPs supplied basal diet (control). The obtained results showed that, fish fed supplemented with Cu-NPs at levels 2 4 mg kg − 1 had highest values final weight, weight gain, specific rate, feed intake, protein gain tolerance against low-salinity stress. Significantly higher efficiency ratio, retention, whole content, protease activity, lysozyme activity total serum found 2 mg kg when compared control group. Whole Cu-free significantly lower than those other diets. Fish different gave lowest plasma glucose. Furthermore, in better conditions whereas, implied comparatively oxidative conditions. Therefore, data present study recommend adding per improve growth, defense system. Statement relevance Efficiency for bream.
