摘要: The spectrum of dermatophytes isolated from skin lesions had changed in last 70 years. Before the Second World War Germany, Microsporum audouinii and Epidermophyton floccosum ranked first, whereas Trichophyton rubrum is most common dermatophyte since fifties century, accounting for 80-90% strains, followed by T. mentagrophytes. This evolution typical Central North Europe it needs to be connected with increase incidence tinea pedis. In contrast, Southern Arabic countries, zoophilic dermatophytes, such as canis or verrucosum, are frequently isolated. Europe, especially Mediterranean M. infection has strongly increased during recent years this now prevalent capitis children. An analysis frequency distribution pedis different occupations leisure-time activities well routes reported. spreading disease developed countries world represents a considerable economic problem, was accompanied parallel onychomycosis which implies, pedis, large financial charges. poor developing mycoses appear endemically, primarily children, their treatment often fails because lack efficient antifungals. particular epidemiological situations dermatophytoses pathogenic examined at example numerous countries.
