摘要: Different functional parameterizations of the radiation intensity scattered by an N-component amorphous sample are considered. Each parameterization is such that (i) it depends only on areas and angularities samples' interphase surfaces, (ii) fulfils all known physical constraints (iii) yields a rather simple algebraic expression both for correlation function intensity. The have been used analysing scattering data relevant to some three-component catalysts. Provided volume fraction metal not very small, best fit satisfactory results considered parameterizations. In this way, determination catalysts appears possible.
