摘要: A home-made nano-desorption electrospray ionization (nano-DESI) device and the kinetic method were tested in chiral analysis of model clinical samples containing enantiomers one three pharmaceutically important compounds: dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA), ephedrine ibuprofen. The initial evaluation systems was carried out by direct infusion solution mixtures (analyte/central metal/chiral reference ligand) to a standard (ESI) source. Cu(II) used as central metal for all analytes, L-phenylalanine applied ligand DOPA, whereas L-tryptophan other two analytes. Then, ESI source substituted nano-DESI dried spots 1 microL whole human blood spiked with individual drugs successfully analyzed without any pre-treatment. Irrespective laborious set-up, combination has, first time, been demonstrated promising tool samples.
