摘要: In this study, we have fabricated an artificial ureter by transplantation of in vitro-expanded urothelial cells onto vivo-prefabricated capsular stent using tissue engineering methods. Spiral poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) stents were transplanted into the subcutaneous Wistar rats for a period 1, 2 or 3 weeks to induce formation connective capsules on their surfaces. The PLLA then decellularized and further recellularized with bladder epithelial fabricate ureters. results showed that entrapped all remained continuously proliferation lined up continuous layers. addition, embedding higher proliferative viability compared time 1 week (P < 0.05). study indicated prefabricated could serve as alternative cell carriers engineered ureters, especially from weeks.
