摘要: An accurate assessment of surface water resources would assist land and resource managers in any region. The objectives this study were to develop a distributed hydrological numerical model for the calculation rainfall-runoff when combined with snowmelt provide practical method estimating semiarid area western Heilongjiang Province, China. Alun River Basin, typical meteorological characteristics was chosen as area. Modeling vertical soil profile conducted based on investigation physical properties underlying topography. A digital elevation (DEM) map river channel network generated by ArcMap ArcGIS. Rainfall-runoff modules developed using kinematic wave equations energy budget method, respectively. combining Fortran software. Numerical simulation observed flow allowed validation. Both annual monthly runoff, runoff coefficient, amounts estimated through analyzing results from 2012 2013. indicated that accuracy within allowable range error criterion (<0.03), exhibited relatively high efficiency, Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) more than 0.94; coefficients 2013 0.35 0.43, respectively; main period (Mar 1 Apr 15) accounted 0.87 1.46 % total 2013, should can be used may basis development platform processes Province.
