摘要: Achilles tendon repair with following immobilisation causes atrophy of the calf musculature. The aim this study was long term evaluation strength and endurance deficit ten years after injury. 63 patients (48 male, 15 female) were tested 10.8 achilles rupture subsequent 6-week immobilisation. test made in eccentric (60°/s), isometric concentric (60°/s, 180°/s) mode for plantarflexion dorsiflexion a Lido Active dynamometer. mean peak torque best 3 5 movements work over I minute (180°/s) evaluated dorsiflexion. circumference musculature range motion ankle (ROM) measured. Differences to non-operated side assessed Wilcoxon matched pairs adjusted Bonferroni method. all modes showed no statistically significant difference between operated legs 1 markedly reduced leg (516 J versus 634 non-operated, p < 0.001). (-1.1 cm) ROM (-3.5° plantarflexion, -1.9° dorsiflexion) also (p It seems that selective slow twitch fibers is relevant durable loss weakened test. Early remobilization should be chosen reconstruction tendon, more training must done at end rehabilitation.
