摘要: Catalepsy was observed in the rat following intrastriatal injections of dopamine antagonists sulpiride or fluphenazine and after subcutaneous administration fluphenazine. The neuroleptic-induced catalepsy reversed by classical anti-parkinsonian agent L-DOPA agents that function through systems such as d- methamphetamine direct D2 receptor agonist quinpirole. D1 SKF 38393, D1/D2 apomorphine, were ineffective this model. These results support limited use model for screening potential compounds indicate procedure can provide valuable information concerning striatal function.
