摘要: Advances in medical devices technology now allow the endovascular treatment of stenotic lesions intracranial arteries with help implantation microstents. The technical development stent, catheter and guidewire allows application these arteries, where access issues due to difficult anatomy length pathway pose far more hurdles accurately, efficiently safely navigate as compared peripheral or coronary system. Although efficacy safety procedures show a continuous improvement decreased periprocedural complication rates, significant intraluminal lesion result neointimal hyperplasia induced within implants remains serious delayed complication. In this review, authors give an overview factors affecting review currently available possibilities prevention well already existing intraimplant lesions.
