摘要: Phthalates are potential endocrine-disrupting chemicals, found widely in the environment, and commonly used to make plastics softer more flexible. Little information is available about presence of phthalates yogurt products sold on world market. This study aimed develop a sensitive GC-MS method for determination selected residue levels fruit yogurts together with packaging materials estimate yogurt-related exposure Turkish population. Acetonitrile extraction followed by cleanup procedures using different adsorbents yielded relatively clean extracts.
