摘要: Delafield, F. P. (University of California, Berkeley), M. Doudoroff, N. J. Palleroni, C. Lusty, and R. Contopoulos. Decomposition poly-β-hydroxybutyrate by pseudomonads. Bacteriol. 90:1455–1466. 1965.—A number aerobic pseudomonads capable using as sole source carbon have been partially characterized. One was selected for special study described a new species, Pseudomonas lemoignei Delafield. This bacterium constitutively produces extracellular digestive enzymes that hydrolyze the polymer to mixture d-β-hydroxybutyrate dimeric ester this acid, well an intracellular “dimer hydrolase” which hydrolyzes ester. The exoenzymes are excreted during growth, but mainly at its cessation. Metabolism β-hydroxybutyrate largely suppresses enzyme excretion causes disappearance enzyme. Images
