摘要: The incidence of gastrointestinal (GI) malignancy is increasing worldwide. In particular, there a concerning rise in GI cancer younger adults. Direct endoscopic visualisation luminal tumour sites requires invasive procedures, which are associated with certain risks, but remain necessary because limitations current imaging techniques and the continuing need to obtain tissue for diagnosis genetic analysis; however, management increasingly reliant on non-invasive, radiological diagnose, stage, treat these malignancies. Oesophageal, gastric, colorectal malignancies require specialist investigation treatment due complex nature anatomy, biology, subsequent strategies. As develop, many opportunities improve detection, diagnostic accuracy monitoring present themselves. This review article aims report practice, advances various modalities relation describes radiologists patient outcomes.
