In this volume, Rozman examines Russia together with China. argues that China Russia's are much closer than usually thought, growing even closer. Moreover, closeness comes neither prerevolutionary pasts nor today's practical politics, but rather habits carried over communist periods, though ideological dimensions have weakened since 1990.
