Economic evaluation for cooling and ventilation of medicine storage warehouses utilizing wind catchers

摘要: Renewable energy consumption has become a dominant issue in many countries because of environmental crisis, pollution, climate change and increased costs non-renewable sources like fossil fuels. Because global warming prices designers are refocusing on the low carbon credentials new equivalents. In this context, main target proposed study is to present innovative method cooling non-refrigerator medicine storage warehouses order minimize hazards for city Yazd Iran. For purpose, with absorption chillers, underground warehouses, including wind catchers have been analyzed. Then, equivalent uniform annual cost (EUAC) was applied evaluating three alternative systems. The results show that use catcher far more economical than chiller system. Moreover, it concluded construction an warehouse most option medicines other case study.
