摘要: Abstract The transparent Na 3 YSi O 9 :M 3+ (M = Sm, Tb, Tm) glass ceramics were prepared by high temperature melting with a heat-treatment at 750 °C. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and photoluminescence spectroscopy used to investigate their structure optical properties. M ions introduced as luminescence centers into the ceramics. Under ultraviolet (UV) excitation, :Sm , :Tb :Tm exhibited characteristic transitions of Sm ( 4 G 5/2 → 6 H J = 5/2 7/2), Tb 5 D 7 F = 6, 4), Tm 1 2 ), respectively. color tones ceramic changed from cool white (0.2589, 0.3119) warm (0.3231, 0.4491) adjusting excitation wavelength. results indicated that is potential matrix material for light-emitting diodes (LEDs) under UV-LED excitation.
