摘要: Enterohemorrhagic and enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EHEC EPEC) infections result in attaching effacing lesions on intestinal epithelial cells. Secretion of extracellular proteins via a type III secretion apparatus is necessary for the formation by EPEC. We now show that EHEC also secretes polypeptides putative system. The secreted are recognized rabbit antiserum raised against from EPEC human serum patient infected with an O157:H7 strain.
