摘要: We report two cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) diagnosed when acute peritonitis was appeared. Case 1 a 20 year-old woman suffering from stomachache and right lower abdominal pain. 2 40 with diarrhea, epigastralgia, pollakisuria.
