摘要: Abstract Lewis blood group antigen levels in human sera were assayed with a highly sensitive photothermal immunoassay which is based on laser-induced detection. Comparison of 32 colon cancer patients' and 34 healthy persons' showed that contained more antigens than sera. Le level Le(a−) type persons b Le(b−) differentiated patients. Furthermore, it was found phenotype (a−) several specimens changed to (a+). Many reports demonstrated erythrocytes various conditions, including carcinomas, but they dealt mostly salivas or immunohistochemical evidence, there are no the quantitative analysis ordinary (noncancerated) This because sera, unlike those saliva, too small quantify conventional has been selective method measure The increase presumed antecede change. Our assay presented here, antigens, will greatly contribute an early detection diagnosis cancers.
