摘要: Dexlansoprazole MR is the R-enantiomer of lansoprazole that delivered by a novel system, dual delayed release formulation. The drug has been shown to be efficacious in healing erosive esophagitis as compared with lansoprazole. When placebo, dexlansoprazole provided significantly higher maintenance rates for healed esophageal mucosa patients and symptom control non-erosive reflux disease. could taken without regard food. Overall, well tolerated comparable side-effect profile
