摘要: A study of the effects nitric oxide (NO) models on prediction NO formation in a gas-fired regenerative furnace with highly preheated air was undertaken. Three chemical kinetic processes for formation/depletion, i.e., thermal NO, prompt and reburning, are included. In model, sensitivity encountered when using two different approaches, namely equilibrium approach partial approach, determining O radical concentration studied. The third reaction mechanism, reduction (reburning) types probability density functions (PDFs) predictions have also been tested. excess ratio generation rate has investigated. Finally, impact temperature discussed.
