摘要: Abstract of the Disclosure Method for disposing (or converting to a construction material) physically unstable wastes com-prised non-biologic, organic, water insoluble com-pounds, usually dispersed in water, by incorporation thereof lime-fly ash mixture which hardens under atmospheric conditions form an environmentally acceptable, impermeable, load-bearing material.
