摘要: A method for observing biological species (CB) on a culture medium (MC) contained in container having at least one translucent face (CP, BU), the comprising steps consisting of: a) directing light beam (FL) onto portion of said face, so as to define illuminated region (M1) and non-illuminated (MO) face; b) acquiring an image (M2) surface by beam, acquisition being carried out through or regions along optical axis forming non-zero angle (a) with direction propagation beam.
