摘要: The present invention relates to the prevention of periodontitis by use a medicament which contains Triclosan. It has been found that Triclosan considerable anti-cyclo-oxygenase activity, thus inhibiting formation prostaglandins are mediators loss alveolar bone in periodontium. Reducing said therefore reduces bone, is one symptoms connected with periodontitis. preferably form toothpaste.
