摘要: A black out correction device according to the present invention comprises a level storage, comparator and selector. The storage memorizes signal equal an original of sampled outputted from image sensing when is generated in video created based on as high-brightness clamping level. compares reference for judging whether or not generated. selector selects outputs result comparison by shows that falls below level, while selecting outputting otherwise.
